New York Mayor Giuliani received a specific warning to leave the vicinity of the twin towers because they would be coming down in "about 15 minutes".
   Question: How did anyone know the towers were about to collapse and why did neither the office workers who were told to stay in the towers, nor the 100's of Firefighters nor any of the other first responders receive such warnings of an impending collapse?
