In July of 2001 both Condoleeza Rice & Colin Powel stated quite firmly that Saddam Husein had NO Weapons of Mass Destruction, yet one yet later they both said he posed an imminent threat. At one stage Bush even said Iraq could launch an attach against the US within 45 minutes.
